Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer FREE shipping to all our available destinations, including Europe and North America.

Since we work directly with international suppliers to provide you with the best products at the most competitive prices, your order is shipped from our international warehouses.

  • Europe: 15–30 business days.
  • North America: 20–40 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HF Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
HF Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at contact@hfstore.shop to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
